Products & Orders

All products sold by OROS are made to order unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Production & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided as guidance only. While we aim to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

OROS is not liable for delays caused by third‑party couriers, customs processes, or access issues at the delivery location.

Returns & Refunds

As all items are made to order, OROS does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Where damage is confirmed, a replacement will be arranged in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.

Natural Materials

OROS products are crafted from natural materials such as marble and onyx. Variations in colour, veining, texture, and pattern are inherent characteristics of these materials and do not constitute defects.

Use of Website

All content on this website, including images, text, and design elements, is the property of OROS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

Limitation of Liability
