Returns & Refunds

All OROS pieces are made to order using natural stone. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Made‑to‑Order Items

Each item is produced specifically for your order. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

Damage on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Where damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement for the affected piece. We do not offer refunds for damaged items unless a replacement is not possible.

Natural Variation

Marble and onyx are natural materials. Variations in veining, tone, and pattern are inherent characteristics of the stone and are not considered defects.
