Shipping & Delivery

All OROS pieces are made to order using natural stone. Delivery timelines and handling reflect the nature of the material and the care required.

Made‑to‑Order Production

Each piece is produced specifically for your order. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Once complete, your order will be prepared for dispatch.

Please note that production times may vary slightly depending on the piece and material selected.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Due to the weight and fragility of stone, delivery methods may vary depending on location and product size.

You will be contacted once your order is ready to arrange delivery or confirm dispatch details.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Stone furniture is heavy and fragile by nature, and appropriate protective packaging is used.

Damage on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Where damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.

Access & Delivery Conditions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the size and weight of the item ordered. This includes door widths, stair access, lifts, and any other constraints.

OROS cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to access issues.
